Currently, the Brazilian people have awakened to civic, political and social awareness, however the lack of knowledge of their political rights is still a reality, being at the mercy of authorities who want to use the people and not serve them, when they are the ones who has held sovereignty in democracy since ancient Greece. Faced with any authority that acts in an inefficient manner, eliminating the citizen's constitutional rights, causing political and social damage and, even, in a deceptive way towards the Brazilian people, how can the latter cease and revoke the authority's mandate, without resorting to Judicial power? The author who had released this work in 2015 republishes it and discusses with clarity and accessibility the concept of Political Recall, as a legal-political remedy for the people, which aims to reestablish efficient public order and management.
